Sildenafil comes in 3 different strengths: 25/50 and 100mg. 50mg is the recommended starting dose for those people who have not used this before, as it is a sufficient strength for most people with erectile dysfunction.

If you're using it for the first time, the typical dose is 50mg. Take one tablet approximately 30-60 minutes before engaging in sexual activity.

If the effects aren't as desired, you can increase the dosage to 100mg. However, before making any changes, it's recommended to consult your doctor or pharmacist.
