How can I prevent thrush?

Practice good hygiene, such as washing your hands regularly and keeping the affected area clean and dry.
Avoid wearing tight-fitting clothing or synthetic underwear.
Wear cotton underwear and change it daily.
Avoid using scented soaps or detergents.
Eat a healthy diet that includes yogurt and other probiotics.
