- Reader Damage: The Reader appears cracked or damaged, posing a risk of electric shock.
Important Safety Notes:
- Alarms: The system will not automatically notify you of severe glucose events unless you have active alarms set and your sensor is within range of your device.
- Hypoglycaemic Unawareness: This system has not been evaluated for patients with hypoglycaemic unawareness (those who cannot feel the symptoms of a ‘hypo’). It may not alert you to low blood sugar without a manual scan or properly configured alarms.
- Choking Hazard: The system contains small parts that may be dangerous if swallowed. Keep out of reach of children.
