Buy Derbac M Online - Scabies Treatment

Derbac M liquid emulsion is a versatile antiparasitic medication commonly prescribed to treat scabies, head lice, nits, and crab lice infestations.

The active ingredient in Derbac M is malathion, an insecticide that works by disrupting an enzyme in the nit or mite, preventing its growth and leading to its death.

Derbac lotion is suitable for both adults and children over 6 months old, making it a great choice for the whole family. Additionally, due to its alcohol-free composition, it is an excellent choice for individuals dealing with eczema or asthma.

You might be scabies-free and back to your normal routine after just two applications of treatment, one week apart. Just follow the instructions on how to use it safely and effectively. If you have any questions, ask your doctor.

How does Derbac M lotion work?

Derbac M works by using malathion (organophosphates), an insecticide that disrupts the nervous system of lice and scabies.

When applied to the skin, malathion penetrates the parasites, causing paralysis and eventual death. It's important to follow the product's instructions carefully, and combing the hair after treatment helps remove dead lice and eggs.

How effective is Derbac M for scabies, head lice?

Efficacy: Recent efficacy studies in the United States for head lice treatment demonstrated high efficacy rates of 97-98% for malathion, the main element in Derbac M.

This suggests that malathion is n highly effective in treating head lice, especially in the context of resistance to other treatments like permethrin (Lyclear) cream and lindane.

First-Line Option: Malathion is described as a first-line option for head lice, particularly in the era of resistance to permethrin and lindane.

Scabies Treatment: For scabies, malathion is mentioned as a reasonable alternative to permethrin 5% cream, especially when treatment of the scalp or hairy areas is desired.

In summary, malathion is presented as a safe and effective option for the treatment of head lice and scabies, with a focus on its efficacy and potential as a first-line treatment in certain cases.

How to apply Derbac M Liquid?

Application: Derbac M liquid is applied directly to the skin from the neck down, including between the fingers and toes, and left on for 8-12 hours.

For treating head lice:

✅ Shake the bottle
✅ Apply enough Derbac M liquid on dry hair, ensuring complete scalp coverage
✅ Spread the liquid from the roots to the tips, making sure it covers the hair evenly
✅ Let hair dry naturally in a warm, well-ventilated room
✅ After 12 hours or the next day, shampoo your hair as usual
✅ Repeat the treatment after 7 days

⚠️ After applying the treatment, wash your hair and use a nit comb to comb through wet hair. This helps remove dead lice and eggs.

For treating Crab (pubic) lice:

Apply Derbac M liquid emulsion to the entire skin surface
✅ Be careful with hairy areas like eyebrows, facial hair, beards, and mustaches during use
✅ Leave on for at least 1 hour, preferably overnight, before washing off
✅ Repeat the treatment after 7 days

For treating Scabies:

✅ Apply Derbac M lotion to the entire skin surface, paying close attention to all hairy areas, including:

  • Between fingers and toes
  • Wrists and elbows
  • Armpits
  • Palms of hands
  • Soles of feet
  • Under fingernails and toenails

✅ In adults, you might not need to apply it above the neck. For kids under 2 years, just put a thin layer on the scalp, face, and ears (but NOT inside the ears, eyes and mouth).
✅ Repeat the treatment after 7 days.

❌ Do not wash off or bathe for 24 hours. If hands or other parts must be washed during this period, reapply immediately to those areas.

Who should not use Derbac M Liquid?

❌ Do not use this medicine if allergic to Malathion or its ingredients. Avoid applying on infants under 6 months unless advised by a doctor.

About Head lice

Head lice are tiny insects that live on the human scalp and feed on blood from the scalp. They are small, about 2-3 millimeters in size, and can be challenging to spot. Head lice are common among young children and their families.

They're not related to having dirty hair only. Head lice commonly spread from person to person through direct head-to-head contact, especially within families or among children who have close interactions at school. Finding them in hair can be tricky. The eggs, called nits, are brown or white and stick to the hair.

If you have head lice, your head might feel itchy or like something is moving. The only sure way to know is by finding live lice. Use a special comb (detection comb) to do this; you can get one online or at a store.

To get rid of head lice, treat them when you see them. You don't need a doctor for this. Check everyone at home and start treating anyone with head lice on the same day. Kids with head lice can still go to school; there's no need to keep them home.

About Scabies

Scabies is an itchy skin condition that results in a rash. It's caused by an infestation of a tiny parasite called the Sarcoptes scabiei mite, which lives on and burrows into the skin.

Some additional details about scabies:

Transmission: Scabies is highly contagious and is usually spread through prolonged, direct skin contact with an infected person.

It can also be transmitted through infested clothing, bedding, or towels. Another common way of catching scabies is through close skin-to-skin contact during sexual activity.

Burrowing: The female scabies mite burrows into the top layer of the skin, laying eggs as it moves. This burrowing activity, along with the body's allergic response to the mites, leads to the characteristic intense itching and rash associated with scabies.

Common Sites of Infestation: The hands are often the first affected area, possibly due to prolonged hand-holding with an infected person.

Scabies can affect various parts of the body, including the wrists, elbows, armpits, genital area, buttocks, and feet. In infants and young children, it can also involve the face, scalp, and neck.

Symptoms: The primary symptoms of scabies include intense itching, especially at night, and the appearance of small, red bumps or pimple-like rashes. The itching is a result of the body's allergic reaction to the mites and their waste.

Diagnosis: Scabies is often diagnosed based on the characteristic appearance of the rash and the presence of burrows, especially in the webbing between the fingers, wrists, and elbows.

In some cases, a skin scraping may be examined under a microscope to confirm the presence of scabies mites.

Treatment: Scabies is treatable with prescription medications such as topical creams or oral medications. Permethrin cream, Derbac and oral ivermectin are commonly used to eliminate the mites.

It's important to follow the prescribed treatment regimen and take steps to decontaminate clothing, bedding, and personal items to prevent reinfestation.

Incubation Period: It may take several weeks for symptoms to appear after initial exposure, making it possible for individuals to unknowingly spread the infestation during this incubation period.

Prevention: To prevent the spread of scabies, it's essential to avoid close skin-to-skin contact with infected individuals and to practice good hygiene.

Additionally, washing clothing and bedding in hot water and vacuuming living spaces can help eliminate mites and prevent reinfestation.

If someone suspects they have scabies or has been in close contact with an infected person, it is advisable to consult a healthcare professional for an accurate diagnosis and appropriate treatment.
