EROXON®: CLINICAL TRIALS

The effectiveness of Eroxon has been proven in two Phase 3 trials involving 300 men with mild, moderate, and severe ED.

First trial (FM 57): 12-week double-blind study in 250 Eroxon® users, preceded by a 4-week ED assessment using IIEF-EF, SEP2, and SEP3 measures.

Results showed efficacy improvement after the first dose, with 60% achieving erection within 10 minutes out of 3,792 attempts. 63% met or exceeded MCID,

faster onset than oral PDE5i, and significant improvement in all ED severities, with 80% of severe cases meeting MCID, 59% moderate, and 61% mild. Minimal side effects were reported, lower than PDE5.

• The second Phase-3 trial (FM71) 24-week study
• Presented at the European Society for Sexual Medicine (ESSM) Congress in 2023.
• Showed that Eroxon achieved MCID in 61% of ED patients at 24 weeks.
• 1,551 intercourse attempts were recorded.
• Among those achieving MCID: 55% had mild ED, 51% had moderate ED, and 87% had severe ED.

During the trial, Eroxon demonstrated increased effectiveness and significantly fewer side effects compared to tadalafil.

The study was designed based on FDA feedback to eliminate any placebo effect and involved a direct comparison with tadalafil (5mg) or PDE5, another common ed medication.
