The Dexcom ONE+ Sensor is an All-in-one sensor and transmitter continuous glucose monitoring (CGM) system that helps you check your glucose levels more easily and with greater confidence.

Instead of regular finger-prick tests, Dexcom ONE+ tracks your glucose levels throughout the day and night. It sends readings directly to your compatible smartphone or receiver, so you can see how your glucose changes during meals, exercise, rest, and sleep — without interrupting your everyday routine.

The sensor has an all-in-one design that combines the sensor and transmitter into a single unit. It comes pre-loaded in the applicator and is applied with the push of a button, making it quick and straightforward to use.

Once applied, the sensor can be worn for up to 10 days, giving you ongoing insight into your glucose levels while you go about your everyday life.

If you’re new to CGM

When you apply and pair a new Dexcom ONE+ sensor, it needs a 30-minute warm-up. After this, it will start sending automatic glucose readings every 5 minutes. 

Dexcom ONE+ is designed to be simple from day one.

Apply the sensor
The sensor comes pre-loaded in the applicator. Place it on your skin and press the button to insert.

Connect to your device.
Pair the sensor with the Dexcom app on your compatible smartphone or receiver. View your trends, patterns, and "Time in Range" directly on the Dexcom ONE+ app.

Start monitoring
Glucose readings are sent automatically every 5 minutes. No scanning is needed.

Set alerts
Choose high and low alerts to be notified when your glucose moves outside your target range.

Dexcom ONE+ may be used during pregnancy, but you should speak to your doctor or diabetes specialist before use.
