Rennie Peppermint Flavoured 24 Chewable Tablets for Heartburn & Indigestion

Rennie Peppermint is a fast-acting antacid designed to provide effective relief from heartburn, indigestion, and acid reflux. Each tablet contains two antacids—calcium carbonate and magnesium carbonate—which work quickly to neutralise excess stomach acid.

• Cream-white square chewable tablets, engraved “RENNIE” on both faces
• Pack sizes: 24 chew tablets (availability may vary)

Directions for Use

Adults and children over 12 years: Suck or chew 2 tablets as required, preferably 1 hour after meals and before bedtime. For heartburn, an extra 2 tablets may be taken between these times.

• Maximum dose: Do not exceed 10 tablets in 24 hours.
• Children under 12 years: Not recommended.
• If symptoms CONTINUE after 14 days, consult your doctor.

Note: Avoid taking Rennie Peppermint with large amounts of milk or dairy products.

Important Information

• Do not take if you have severe kidney disease, high calcium levels, kidney stones, or are allergic to any ingredients.
  
  
• Tell your doctor or pharmacist if you are taking other medicines, especially antibiotics, bisphosphonates, thyroid hormones, iron supplements, or water tablets.
  
  
• Can be used during pregnancy and breastfeeding if taken as directed.

Possible Side Effects

• Rare allergic reactions: rashes, itching, swelling, difficulty breathing
  
  
• Long-term high-dose use: nausea, vomiting, constipation, tiredness, headache, kidney issues
  
  
• Consult your doctor if you notice any unusual symptoms.

Storage

• Store below 25°C, in the original pack, out of reach of children.
• Do not use after the expiry date on the carton and blister.
