FAQ
Do I need a prescription to book this consultation?
No, you do not need an existing prescription. This consultation is designed to assess your symptoms and, if clinically appropriate, our prescribing pharmacist will issue a private prescription for you during or immediately after the call.
What happens if the pharmacist cannot treat me?
Patient safety is our priority. If our pharmacist determines your condition requires physical examination or tests we cannot provide, they will advise you to see your local GP or visit A&E. In such cases where no treatment plan can be offered, your consultation fee may be refunded.
Is my data secure?
Absolutely. All video calls use end-to-end encryption. Your medical data is stored on secure UK servers in strict compliance with GDPR and NHS Data Security standards.

Once your order has been approved by our UK medical team it will be dispatched via Royal mail. All orders are sent using a tracked and signed for service.
