Retatrutide is an experimental once-weekly "triple-agonist" injection. It has earned the nickname "Triple G" because it is the first medication of its kind to target three distinct hormone pathways:

Retatrutide Side Effects

Will I lose muscle or just fat with Retatrutide?
Because Retatrutide causes rapid weight loss, it is normal to lose a combination of fat and lean muscle mass. However, Retatrutide is particularly effective at targeting visceral fat and liver fat. To protect your muscles, we recommend a high-protein diet and regular resistance (weight) training.
Is the price for Retatrutide confirmed?
No. The UK price has not been announced and will only be confirmed once the medication receives its MHRA license and commercial launch.
Why does it affect my heart rate?
The Glucagon component in the "Triple G" formula can slightly increase resting heart rate. While trials show this is generally safe for most, it is a key reason why the medication must be used under medical supervision.
