How much to take

You may use Epaderm Cream as often as needed. The amounts shown are only a guide and may vary based on your body size and skin dryness. Start with a small amount and increase gradually until your skin feels comfortable and well moisturised.

One application measure equals:

• 1 pump from the 500 g pack
• 3 pumps from the 50 g or 150 g packs
• Typical amounts (applied twice daily)
• Face, ears, neck: ½ to 1 measure
• Arms: 1 to 2 measures
• Back: 1 to 2 measures
• Torso: 1 to 2 measures
• Legs: 3 to 4 measures
• Hands: ¼ to ½ measure

For children under 10, approximately half of the adult amount is generally sufficient.

Epaderm Cream is generally well-tolerated, and most people use it without adverse effects.
