Product Details
Colpermin Capsules contain peppermint oil that slowly releases to help ease symptoms of IBS, like bloating, cramps, stomach pain, and trapped wind. They relax the muscles in your bowel to reduce discomfort and support digestion. These capsules are for adults and older people. They’re not for children and should be used carefully if you’re allergic to peanuts or soya.
Instructions for Taking Colpermine Capsules
Dosage: Adults and children over 15 usually take one capsule three times a day.
How to take: Swallow each capsule whole with a glass of water. Do not chew or crush it, as this can release the peppermint oil too quickly.
Timing: Take one capsule around 30 minutes before meals. If your symptoms are severe, you can increase to 2 capsules three times a day, but do not exceed this amount without advice from your healthcare provider.
If symptoms persist, consult your healthcare provider.
What Colpermin Capsules Contain:
Active Ingredient: Peppermint Oil (Mentha piperita) – 0.2 ml per capsule (sustained-release)
- Helps relax bowel muscles and reduce IBS symptoms like bloating, cramps, and trapped wind.
Inactive Ingredients:
- Gelatin, colloidal silica, titanium dioxide (E171), indigotine (E132), Eudragit L, Eudragit S, triethylcitrate, monostearin, macrogol 4000, talc, purified water, beeswax, refined arachis (peanut) oil, ammonia.
Important Notes:
- Contains peanut oil – not suitable for anyone with peanut allergies.
- Not recommended for children.
- Capsule colours include E171 and E132 for appearance.

The capsules are free from sugar and artificial preservatives.
